Incredible and nice place, I really enjoyed gentle personnel.
The place deserved 4 stars. There were a TV and a kitchenette area in my double room. The bed was nice and the bathroom here was clean. The location was stunning, in the centrum, the hotel overlooked courtyard. What's more, it was not far from main square as well as the train station from Machu Picchu and the historical center.

The location was fantastic, just minutes from Plaza de Armas with plenty of shops nearby. The spacious apartment had a quaint charm, with a well-equipped kitchenette perfect for light meals. A standout was the lovely outdoor dining area. Staff were eager to assist. There were issues with the shower pressure, which could definitely use improvement. The bathroom also had limited ventilation, leading to occasional unpleasant smells. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the cozy ambiance and hospitality.

The bathroom shower leaked due to a poor design!!! Some surfaces in the kitchenette were dusty and needed better cleaning attention!!! Overall experience would improve with a few more maintenance tweaks!!!
